I’m shifting my week notes day to a Sunday, that way I am still in the headspace from the tinkering I do over the weekend and it will probably be a bit more interesting than random minor updates on large codebases.
This week we were in maintenance mode with the easter/anzac break the office was a bit empty so making sure things weren’t breaking and not ploughing through tickets was a nice change of pace.
Outside of that I started working on branding on a personal project that has had many, many iterations over the years but never got further than a quick proof of concept project on my pc. and for maybe the 3 (hopeful) people that read this here is a sneak peak.
It’s a quick first pass, the colours are completely wrong but I’m happy with it, it’s also now out in the wild so I need to commit. I want a DIY/Grassroots sort of vibe for this project so am leaning heavily on rough and simple hand drawn assets for the project.
